Introduction to Agile Project Management

The importance of Agile Project Management is still growing rapidly - not only in almost every software and technology company in the world.
In the "Introduction to Agile Project Management" course, you will be introduced to the Lean-Agile mindset and various Agile frameworks. The most popular Agile framework, Scrum, is taught in detail using the Scrum Guide. We will also play a simulation game to give you a hands-on experience with Scrum in a team.
The aim is to get you started with Agile Project Management and introduce you to all the relevant areas within this domain. It will help you to perform better in an Agile team and to evolve into a leadership role in an Agile organisation.
The scaled frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify, Nexus will also be discussed depending on the interest of the participants.
I will also show you how to kick-start your career in this area with all the relevant certifications from basic to advanced. Many students take the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) exam after this training. I will also provide you with a sample test for the PSM exam so that you can assess your performance in the exam.
